Thelma

Inspired by a real-life incident, "Thelma" is a comedy-drama directed by Josh Margolin, featuring June Squibb in her first leading role as a 93-year-old woman who becomes the target of a phone scam. Determined to reclaim her stolen money, she embarks on a cross-city adventure, accompanied by her grandson, played by Fred Hechinger, and friend, portrayed by Richard Roundtree in his final role.
