"Roswell, New Mexico" is a science fiction drama series that premiered in 2019. The show follows Liz Ortecho, a biomedical researcher and daughter of undocumented immigrants, who returns to her hometown of Roswell. There, she reconnects with her teenage crush, Max Evans, now a deputy sheriff, only to discover he is an alien who has kept his abilities hidden. As they rekindle their relationship, they must navigate the challenges posed by a greater alien presence on Earth and the politics of fear and hatred that threaten to expose Max's secret. The series stars Jeanine Mason as Liz and Nathan Dean as Max.
