Shadow and Bone is an American fantasy television series that immerses viewers in the Grishaverse, a world where magic and military intrigue collide. The story centers on Alina Starkov, an orphaned cartographer who discovers she possesses a rare power that could unite her war-torn country. Featuring a diverse cast led by Jessie Mei Li and Ben Barnes, the series premiered on Netflix in April 2021. Despite its popularity, the series was canceled after two seasons in November 2023.
